A bit about me – Sue Edwards
Very focused on listening to you and what you want from your service based business. I have been growing, running and owning services businesses since 1989 (1 grown to £687K in 10 months, 2 grown to £350K in a year, 6 others grown to £150K plus in first year) so I know a thing or two about the problems and challenges needed to gain, retain and serve more clients. I work on 3 core pillars, all from a position of practical knowledge earned in the trenches of running, making mistakes and moving on from them in my own businesses. It’s all about generating interest from clients – leads and converting that interest into sales. It’s tough as a service provider as its personal and it hurts when someone doesn’t appear to want your service. Let me help you with a fresh approach.

The three pillars are 1 – Positioning, 2 – Marketing and Sales, and 3 – People and Tech – get these right in your business and its running like clockwork, something out of sync and it’s damn hard work and you end up broke and exhausted. Doesn’t matter how high your IQ is or how well qualified you are. It turns out running a business requires other qualities and I would like you to avoid the stony path I have walked on at times if I can help you attract more clients more easily.

At the start of our business journey we focus on the end results, the success, we try it on for size, become spreadsheet millionaires and put aside the more detailed stuff for later. At the start of either a new venture or a new direction in an existing business we all switch onto ‘big picture’ mode. Not many people talk to us about the work and dedicated effort we need to put in day in day out but I do. The execution of ideas is what matters, the ideas, the dreams are all part of the process but without execution nothing gets done. Knowing what it looks like on a daily basis with mentoring from someone who has trod the same path really helps. That’s what I do – show you where the rocks are and make sure you stay on the right path to get more clients in your service based business. It’s business counselling for a specific goal – leads and sales- without the sales you do not have a business.
